“Pharmaceutical chemistry” is a science that deals with the study of the chemistry of drugs. This includes their preparation, chemical nature, composition, structure, methods of quality control, conditions of their storage and their uses for the treatment of various illness.

“Pharmaceutics” is the discipline of pharmacy that deals with the process of Turning a new chemical entity (NCE) or old drugs into a medication to be used Safely & effectively by patients. It is also called the science of dosage form design.
